You deserve more than an ordinary gaming experience. The pelita88 VIP program is designed to reward every ringgit you invest — with real rewards, personalised service, and privileges that truly set your experience apart.
Each tier brings increasingly exclusive privileges. The higher the tier, the greater the rewards that await.
Not just a label — every benefit is designed to deliver real value to pelita88 VIP members
Receive cashback automatically every week with no manual claims needed. The higher your VIP tier, the greater the percentage you earn — up to 30% for Diamond members.
VIP member withdrawal requests are processed with top priority. Diamond members receive their funds within 5 minutes — far faster than the standard processing route.
Gold members and above receive a dedicated personal account manager available for direct assistance with deposits, withdrawals, exclusive promotions, and any enquiries — anytime, every day.
Each month, VIP members receive special gifts and vouchers tailored to your gaming habits — whether that is bonus game credits, free spins, or physical gifts.
Access dedicated Live Casino tables open exclusively to VIP members — featuring preferred dealers, higher betting limits, and a more exclusive and comfortable gaming atmosphere.
Pelita88 never forgets your special day. A birthday bonus will be credited directly to your account as a token of our appreciation for every loyal VIP member.
Many online casino platforms offer VIP programs, but most are little more than empty labels with no benefits that truly make a difference. pelita88 takes a different approach — we believe our loyal members deserve treatment that is genuinely special, not just tier names that sound impressive.
The pelita88 VIP Program is built on a simple principle: the more you play, the greater the rewards you receive. Every ringgit you deposit counts as qualifying points, and once you hit the required threshold, your VIP tier upgrades automatically — no complicated applications, no hidden conditions.
What makes this program truly unique is its all-encompassing approach. Cashback is not calculated from slot games alone — it covers every game category on the pelita88 platform, including Live Casino, table games, fish shooting, and all other games available in our lobby. This means you are free to play whatever you enjoy without worrying about points going uncounted.
Pelita88 uses a straightforward VIP points system. Every RM 100 you deposit earns 1 VIP point. Points accumulate over time as long as your account is active, and your total determines your current VIP tier.
VIP points do not expire as long as you play at least once within any 90-day period. This gives you the flexibility to plan your gaming sessions without the pressure of playing every single day just to maintain your VIP tier.
Your VIP account information is protected by the same 256-bit SSL encryption layer used by international banking institutions. We understand that VIP members often manage larger sums of money, and we take this responsibility very seriously.
Every transaction involving a VIP account is manually reviewed by our security team before processing — not as an obstacle, but as an additional layer of protection ensuring every withdrawal is genuinely made by the legitimate account owner.
One of the most sought-after privileges among pelita88 VIP members is access to exclusive live casino tables not available to regular members. These tables are operated by specially selected senior dealers, with cinematic-quality cameras and an environment designed to deliver a premium casino experience directly from your screen.
At VIP tables, the minimum and maximum betting limits differ from standard tables, allowing you to wager at amounts more suited to your level without interference from other players. Your privacy is also protected, as the number of players at each VIP table is limited.
* Cumulative deposits are calculated from the date of active account registration.

All pelita88 VIP benefits are fully accessible through our mobile app, available for iOS and Android. VIP tier upgrade notifications, weekly cashback alerts, and messages from your personal account manager are all delivered directly to your phone.
The app interface features a dedicated "VIP Dashboard" section where you can monitor your accumulated VIP points, upgrade progress, cashback history, and all unclaimed rewards — all on one clean, easy-to-read screen.
The pelita88 VIP points system is designed to be fair to all types of players. Whether you prefer playing slots with consistently small bets, or you are a table player who wagers large amounts once a week — both playstyles receive equal and proportionate recognition.
Accumulated points can be redeemed for game credits at any time through the VIP Dashboard section in your account — with no confusing rollover requirements.
One of the most common complaints about online casino platforms is slow, unhelpful customer support. At pelita88, we understand that time is money — especially for our VIP members.
Gold members and above have access to a priority support channel, separate from the general support queue. When you contact your personal account manager, there's no waiting in line. Average response time for our VIP members is under 3 minutes, even during peak hours.
